Need quarantine entertainment this St.Patrick’s Day?!? Crazy that I even had to type such a thing. I feel like I’m living in a really bad movie right now... so not cool! But instead of complaining, I’m making the best of it by hitting the kitchen with my Lil’Princess!!! Since we are Disney obsessed and Mickey & Minnie being favorites of Haylie’s, we thought it would be fun to glam up some cinnamon rolls Disney, St.Patrick’s Day style!!!! So easy to make that she made them all by herself minus me taking the pan in and out of the oven!!! You can easily make these minus the sprinkles of sprinkles require you to leave your home! Enjoy! Ingredients • 4 Standard Size Cinnamon Roll Per Mickey • St.Patrick’s Day Sprinkles • Frosting (included in cinnamon roll package) Place 1 cinnamon roll on a baking sheet. Then unroll the 2nd cinnamon roll and wrap it around roll 1 to make a giant Mickey head. Place two standard sized cinnamon rolls on each side of the large roll you just made. Pinch together. These will be the Mickey ears. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Frost Sprinkle away. Serve & Enjoy!

Disney’s Rivera Resort is a dream to us boujee girls!! I was blown away with its beauty on our last trip to Orlando. I was dying to book a room for a night or two, but during East Coast February Break? Yeah, unless I was wanting to pay a ridiculous amount for a suite for only two people, the hotel was booked solid! Not a single non-penthouse type room left, so we did the next best thing, booked a character breakfast at Topolino’s Terrace! That way we could check out the newest Disney Resort & have the opportunity to try at least one of the new restaurants! Disney’s Rivera ResortFor those of you not up to date on the latest Disney news, Disney’s Rivera Resort is the newest Resort at Walt Disney World! Inspired by Europe and imagined by Disney, this Epcot resort is connected to Epcot by the new Skyliner and home to exhilarating activities, delectable dining and stylish accommodations—from cozy Tower Studios to spacious villas with up to 3 bedrooms! If we’re being honest, the resort gave me total Ritz Carlton/Four Seasons vibes and I was living for it!!! Topolino's Terrace – Flavors of the RivieraBreakfast with a view!!! Located on the very top floor of Disney’s Rivera Resort, you literally enjoy a birds eye view of the resort and the new skyliner while spending the morning with Mickey & pals! I for one could not stop starring off into the windows at the beauty outside! MenuThe prix fixe menu offers delicious choices to please everyone in the family! Adults pay $42 Kids $27 and you choose one entree from the menu! This price includes juices, soda, water and milk! Adult beverages, tea and coffee will be extra. Breakfast begins with fresh pastries—delicious Danish, croissants, blueberry scones & Epi bread! Your choice of entrées follows: Quiche Gruyère with house-made pancetta, Sour Cream Waffle, Wood-fired Butchers Steak, Smoked Salmon, Spiced Sausage Hash, Two Eggs Any Style, plant-based “Egg” Omelet and more. Whichever you select, breakfast in this charming café is an enchanting way to start your day! My daughter went with the Mickey Waffle Dippers, which are only available for kids 9 and under. I decided to be extra boujee and opted for the Wood-Fired Butchers Steak! Believe it or not, that was the first time I had ever had steak for breakfast! Boy have I been missing out! CharactersWhile enjoying breakfast and the bird’s eye views, you have the chance to meet some of your favorite Disney Friends for a perfect photo and autograph opportunity! You may find yourself mingling with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck all stylishly dressed from head to toe in artist outfits unique to Topolino’s Terrace! While other character dinning options such as Chef Mickey’s leave you feeling panicked and rushed, Topolino’s was a very chill and relaxed spot when it came to character photos. The characters took their time and didn’t leave you feeling rushed at all! OpinionI think y’all can already tell I’m Topolino’s biggest fan! Literally my new all-time favorite character breakfast at Walt Disney World! To start out, you really do get what you pay for! I was skeptical at first since it was a fixed price and you choose options off of a pre-fix type of menu, but believe me when I say you will leave so full it’s not even funny. The food is also 100% a culinary experience. This is the type of dinning option I would recommend to other foodies! Even the kids options came out looking insta-worthy and tasted beyond delicious!!! Presentation is huge for me since I love to take photos and everything down to the bowls and butter knives were 100% custom themed to Topolino’s! Artist theme for everything. Butter knives were shaped like freaking paint brushes!!! How cool!?!?! The characters as I mentioned above were fantastic too! You weren’t rushed to take photos. You didn’t have random strangers running to your table trying to sneak a turn with Mickey. I left leaving just as calm as I entered which is huge for anything character related at Walt Disney World. While the restaurant isn’t glamorous itself, the views make up for that! We were seated next to the window and I couldn’t help but stare out to the beautiful scenery outside. So if you feel like being a tad bit boujee, I totally recommend tossing a sundress on and heading over to Disney’s Rivera Resort for the morning and enjoying a delicious breakfast at Topolino’s! Your boujee self will be so thankful you did! Let’s Chat!Have you been to the new Disney Rivera Resort? The Recommended Posts widget will appear here on the published site.

ALL THE TIME I’m receiving compliments on my family’s epic Disney Parks pictures! I always get the biggest grin since I do spend a ridiculous amount of time planning those magical outfits, BUT my secret?!? No, I don’t ask random strangers to snap those insta-worthy pics. No, I’m not lugging a tripod through out the parks! I splurge on Disney’s PhotoPass Memory Maker! While the price is pretty steep. $169 for 30 day, unlimited access if purchased in advance, it’s worth every last penny if you ask me! Disney’s PhotoPass Memory MakerDisney PhotoPass gives Disney Park guests the ability to view and purchase photos taken by Disney Photographers online and at the theme parks. That’s right, Disney has dozens of photographers waking around ready to snap those insta-worthy pics of your family using DSLR cameras! When you have your photo snapped by one of these photographers, you will be issued a “PhotoPass” card which has the web address and a 16-digit ID number imprinted on it where you can access and download these gems! PhotoPass is also available on My Disney Experience. You can preview your photos, purchase Memory Maker, share, and download your photos. You will also be able to find the locations of PhotoPass photographers in the theme parks which is huge!!!! No guessing & hoping you run into them! You can even plan out your photos ahead of time since the site tells you where these photographers are at all times! Unlimited Ride PhotosAll those photos snapped on rides?!? They will be added to your PhotoPass Memory Maker account!!! Half the time the photos are just dreadful! But in the case you actually have an epic ride photo, or plan a cool photo pose with the family?!? That photo will be in your account for future download! Participating attractions: • Space Mountain • Splash Mountain • Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin • Pirate's of the Caribbean • Seven Dwarfs Mine Train • Twilight Zone Tower of Terror • Rock 'n Roller Coaster • Slinky Dog Dash • Expedition Everest • Dinosaur • Frozen Ever After • Test Track BONUS!!! Guests who have a PhotoPass Memory Maker photo package linked to their My Disney Experience account - After riding The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror or Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, a video of your ride will be added to your My Disney Experience account. This video is only available to guests who have purchased Memory Maker, so it’s definitely one awesome PhotoPass Memory Maker perk! Magic ShotsA Magic Shot is a fabulous way that Disney add’s a little more magic to your vacation photos. They vary depending on which photographer you walk up to and at times will be added to your images without you asking for them. Not all photographers have them available, but if the thought of specific and themed poses like the ones I’ve shared here are something you want to share on your Social Media pages, don't hesitate to ask each time! To see additional Magic Shots that are available around the Walt Disney World Resort, click here. Disney PhotoPass StudioIn addition to the roaming PhotoPass photographers you'll find at the parks, there is also a Disney PhotoPass Studio located in the Marketplace of Disney Springs. While I will admit I have never walked into the PhotoPass studio myself, it does exist, so I just had to share!!!! Guests will be able to choose from a standard background or from some new virtual backgrounds that will give the appearance of being up close and personal in some favorite Disney spots. I’ve spotted studio photos of the castle in the background, Disney’s iconic balloons!!! The list goes on. Reservations are not required or needed to stop by and utilize the Disney PhotoPass Studio. Photos taken at this location can be linked to your My Disney Experience account and are included as part of an active Memory Maker entitlement. Character DiningWhile I wish every Disney restaurant had dozens of photographers walking around, the sad reality is they don’t. However, a few very popular restaurants do have a photographer or two on hand. If you have a reservation at Cinderella’s Royal Table, Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall or Chef Mickey’s, you can have your photo taken! These are always the opportunities I take for family photos. When the actual characters are walking table to table, it’s then not a big deal if we score that family photo or not as long as we get those individuals. So if you have a reservation at one of these restaurants, I would again recommend purchasing PhotoPass Memory Maker! Let’s Chat!Have you taken advantage of Disney’s PhotoPass? The Recommended Posts widget will appear here on the published site.

Ahhhhh Disney! Obviously I needed to start 2020 out with a post about my happy place! My daughter has been begging to go on an airplane to see Minnie Mouse all week long, but Christmas and Disney?!? Not even this Disney geek will attempt those ridiculous lines! One of my daughters favorite things to make! That’s right, these Mickey Mouse Christmas Cinnamon Rolls are so easy to make that my 7 year old makes them herself as I supervise! I wish I could take credit for this awesomeness, but if you have ever strolled the Disney Parks during Halloween, you will spot Mickey Halloween Cinnamon Rolls everywhere. We just took the idea and made it Christmas lol.... Enjoy! Ingredients • 2 Original Size Cinnamon Rolls • 1 Grande Size Cinnamon Roll • Icing (included in the cinnamon roll package) • Christmas Sprinkles Take 2 original size cinnamon rolls and pinch them onto the grande cinnamon roll. You can also take one Grande sized cinnamon roll. Unroll it and make two smaller cinnamon rolls! These two cinnamon rolls will be Mickey’s ears so place them accordingly. Bake for 15 minutes on 400 or until golden brown. Frost your Mickey Mouse Cinnamon Roll. Sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles Serve & enjoy!

Crystal Palace Review10/3/2019 Crystal Palace! You either love or hate this place. There is no in between when it comes to die hard Disney fans!!!! I’m sure that’s how you even ended up here. To get the scoop on whether you should book a table or not since no two people seem to have the same opinion!!! As long as you keep in mind that The Crystal Palace isn’t in the business of fine dining to appease the Disney foodies, this is a family buffet with every toddlers favorite Pooh Bear being the main attraction, you will find the info below VERY helpful. If you’re looking for a culinary experience to brag about, stop reading right here and book that table at California Grill, The Four Seasons or Victoria & Alberts! Crystal PalaceThe Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom is often the buffet style restaurant many families with small children turn to to meet their character dining needs. With Winnie the Pooh & Pals all together in one place, you can enjoy a pretty budget-friendly meal and snap a few memorable photos for the gram at the same time! Inspired by Victorian greenhouses of the late 1800s, the Victorian charm of the location is just jaw dropping!!! The neat part is, Crystal Palace happens to date back to the park’s opening. It’s part of original Disney World! However, to enjoy all of this charm, you do need to purchase a Magic Kingdom park ticket since the restaurant is inside Magic Kingdom. So keep that in mind when making your reservation! CharactersPiglet, Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore, and Tigger are front and center at Crystal Palace. The perk of doing a character meal is that you can ditch the ridiculous lines in the park to meet the characters! Those lines can get crazy busy so character dining is always the route our family goes!!! Dining with the characters means more time for rides, parades & shows! DrinksMagic Kingdom may be the only “dry” park out of them all, but the exception is character dining inside the park. That’s right, if you’re dining at Crystal Palace, you can enjoy an ice cold beer, glass of wine or even champagne for an additional cost while chillen with Winnie and all of his pals! Cheers!!! FoodThis is your typical American fare buffet! Carving stations, chicken wings, Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, kids buffet, the list goes on! While Disney Buffet meals are definitely not a culinary experience, they are definitely yummy!!! Everyone will leave with a full belly since there is literally something for everyone. You can even enjoy a simple desert such as an ice cream cone! OpinionHonestly, I’m a huge fan of Crystal Palace for a Magic Kingdom meal! You get to take a break from the Florida humidity, enjoy an ice cold cocktail, meet Winnie the Pooh, all while eating a buffet style meal . Since this is a buffet dining experience, there is literally something for everyone!!! Even those picky eaters will find at least one item they can nibble on!!! You can also take as much or as little time as you please which is my number one reason for dining at Crystal Palace. If you’re at Disney during an event like Mickey’s Not So Scary, you can be in & out ASAP with a full belly and fabulous character pics for the gram! If you have all the time in the world?! Sit back and enjoy a cocktail or two in the glorious AC while the kiddos live out their dreams of hanging with Pooh Bear! The food?! It’s Disney buffet food! I feel regardless of the location of your character dinner buffet, the food is going to be the same. Don’t walk in expecting a 5 star culinarily experience. The food is good, but not great! Definitely nothing to brag about, but everyone will leave nice and full and that’s all that matters to me! You’re paying more for the experience and atmosphere than the entree, which is totally fine for me when traveling with my two picky eaters!!! I don’t have to worry about what may or may not be on a menu. Such a stress reliever! The only con’s really are that there are strollers and little kids everywhere!!! While I think Crystal Palace is a tad bit better than Chef Mickey’s when it comes to manners and kids running around, it’s still packed with little ones! It is Winnie the Pooh after all! Every toddlers favorite, so be prepared to dine surrounded by little ones. Let’s Chat!Have You Dined At Crystal Palace? The Recommended Posts widget will appear here on the published site.
