Living in Western New York this time of year can be pretty iffy weather wise. I never get my hopes up and I tend to find myself mad jealous of my friends bbq-ing away in the south. So I’m happy to report we had one fabulous Memorial Day weekend filled with many sneak peaks of the summer fun ahead!!! Yay for sunshine and putting my grill master, beer-drinking skills to use!!!! One thing I love rolling into summer with is a signature drink!!!! I love it when my besties visit and they already know what we will be cracking open since I make my back yard famous for it!!! Thanks to Bud Light, we were able to kick our summer up a notch this weekend with the NEW Lemon Tea beer, which happened to release just in time for barbecue season! Can’t wait for many more bbq’s and pool days with a Bud Light Lemon Tea in my hands! Yum!!!! Bud Light Lemon TeaI’m sure y’all are wondering, “why Bud Light Lemon Tea?!?!” What makes it the “IT” drink of summer?!?! If you ask me, Lemon Tea is one of the flavors that describesummer to a T! So combine Lemon Tea with the taste of an iced cold beer?!?! Oh my yum!!!!! Summer in a bottle!!!! Brewed over tea leaves and with real lemon peels, you’ll get a refreshingly tart taste in every sip during the warm weather months! Perfect for those summer bbq’s!!! Just remember to drink responsibly!!!! Xoxo I was such a fan of Bud Light Lemon Tea that I just had to incorporate it into a summer grilling recipe. Yes, I’m THAT extra!!!! Not only will I be offering Bud Light Lemon Tea to sip on, but we will also be chowing down on Bud Light Lemon Tea Grilled Chicken all summer long!!! Hubby and I like to think of ourselves as grill masters, with chicken being a specialty of ours, so we are happy to share the deliciousness we chef’d up with you!!! INGREDIENTS• 1/2 Cup Bud Light Lemon Tea Beer •1 tablespoon minced garlic • 1/2 Lemon Squeezed • 2 tablespoon olive oil • ½ teaspoon salt • 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper • 1/2 small onion chopped • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon and onion into a ziplock bag. 2. Add chicken breast into the baggy and then pour 1/2 cup of Bud Light Lemon Tea into the baggy. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight or at least 4-8hrs. 3. Pre-heat the grill until hot. Remove the Bud Light Lemon Tea marinated chicken breasts from the marinade and place on the hot grill. Cook through until you see zero pink in the middle. About 15 minutes, flip half way through. Cooking times may vary. I live in New Zealand, and next time I am at the shops I will be looking for bud light lemon tea. Sounds like it makes a great chicken, even if it is winter here now in the Southern Hemisphere.

This looks absolutely delicious I will definitely have to pull this recipe out when good weather comes around. Unfortunately I'm in Canada so all we've been getting is rain :(
