Beer Can chicken is definitely a favorite of mine!!!! I have several versions on this lil'ole blog of mine, with Drunkin Bacon Cornish Hens being some of my embarrassing early blog work. Like omg what was I thinking photography & hero picture wise -_- yet it's a Pinterest sensation! I guess some people can look through the awful hero photo and appreciate the true deliciousness that it is ;-) With that being said I have a new Beer Can creation for y'all!!! Buffalo Beer Can Hens!! Everything taste better with wing sauce right?!?! Enjoy!!! Ingredients Cornish Hens Can of Beer (I recommend non-light beers for more flavor) Buffalo Sauce Sugar Chili Powder Salt Pepper Paprika Cayenne Pepper Rub hens in sugar. Then rub on some Chili Power, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Salt & Pepper. No exact amounts! Just don't go over board since you do have wing sauce to put ontop! Drink half of the beer on each Can leaving a half full can. The juices from the hens leak into the cans so it's very important to drink that beer so those juices have a place to go besides the bottom of your oven. Then place your hens ontop of those beers. Stick the hens in your 350 degree, pre-heated oven and cook for one hour. after one hour, this is what your hens will look like ;-) Take your wing sauce and cover your hens in it! Then cook the hens for 5 more minutes. I suggest going a tad bit overboard with the wing sauce since some of the spicy kick the sauce has goes away while baking. And there you go!!!! You now have a deliciousness Buffalo Beer Can Hen!!!!

I've heard of this before but never tried it. Does it just make it moist or does it impart the beer flavour?
