Mexican food is an all time favorite of mine! For years and years I just couldn't not figure out how to make Queso at home! Everytime I would try a fancy, buy 50 of your favorite types of cheese recipe, it would always end up being a fail since the cheese would just lump together once off the stove -_-
Afew years back I saw that velvetta made a Queso cheese, so I bought it thinking why not give it a try and omg! It worked!!! Being a person that tries not to eat foods with amillion wierd things on the lable, I should probably be scared of this cheese because whatever it is in it, the cheese STAYS MELTED!!! And it is beyond delicious. I feel so guilty admitting how good this is, but it really really is beyond delicious! Hope you enjoy ❤️

This sounds so yummy! I am not a bean person...the texture just doesn't mesh with me, so I think this recipe would be right up my alley :) Now to pair it with a margarita...

Seriously? That's the only step to make a chili queso dip? Yay! It's so easy. I'll bookmark this and make the dip this weekend. Time for some grocery later!

We use a lot of limes, but never in this. My son loves to make this (one of the only things he does) and I'm going to suggest he try to add lime next time.

It's been a while since we had any kind of chip. We have been avoiding it and concentrate on eating veggies and fruits for snacks.
