Copycat KFC Coleslaw

Any coleslaw lovers out there?!? Literally one of my hubby’s favorite side dishes! KFC & Chick-Fil-a coleslaw are his favorites! Since I already made a Copycat Chick-Fil-a Coleslaw recipe, I figured it was time to whip up a Copycat KFC Coleslaw recipe! 

Ingredients 

• 8 Cups Shredded Slaw Mix/Cabbage  
• 1 Small Onion (Diced)
• 1/3 Cup Sugar
• 1/4 Cup Buttermilk 
• 1/4 Cup Milk
• 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise 
• 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar 
• 1 Lemon 
•1 Tsp Salt
• 1 Tsp Pepper

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix slaw mix with the diced onion.
2. In a second bowl, whisk the rest of the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Pour the wet mixture over the slaw mix.
4. Toss together.
5. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
