Ahhhhhh tis the season of ham dinners! Honestly ham is just boring to me no matter how you cook it! I'm more of a steak & potatoes with various seasonings kinda gal, but everyone else around me is all about the ham dinners. Yawn....
We are chefing up a leg of lamb for Easter this year, but since you can't walk into a grocery store without walking by a huge display of hams, I figured why not pick one up for Sunday dinner. It will give me a fabulous excuse to use my new AliJane Pinneapple Corer since I won't be using it for poolside pineapple drinkies anytime soon with the way NY weather has been lately -_- Never heard of a pineapple corer?!?! Check out Ali Jane on Amazon!!! Pineapple Corer

I am so jealous you're having lamb on Sunday! It is one of my favorites! I'm actually cooking a honey ham right now which is so random! I love pineapple with my ham, that corer looks pretty handy!

I love pineapple and we eat quite a bit, so I will have to look into the corer! I am with you on the ham - it is so popular at Easter, but we usually just have grilled chicken or steak! But this recipe looks delicious!

I totally dig the pineapple corer, it's so cool. I would want to have one at home so we don't have to buy canned pineapple. This dish looks really good and is perfect for big family gatherings.

Never heard of a pineapple corer but maybe it's just the term that we are not familiar with. We have the same tool at home. Pineapple is perfect for summer!

I've purchased pineapples before, but never cored one as neat as you have here. I love fresh pineapple – it tastes so good! On a side note, never made ham myself either.

This post is perfectly timed for me. We are about to take off on an epic road trip in our tiny camper. Since our stove only runs on propane, and we're on a tight budget, we'll be using our Crock Pot for a large percentage of our meals. This sounds great!
