 Hubby & I's wedding anniversary was this past Monday!! We are huge foodies, as you couldn't tell from this very site and my social channels lol. So we were extremely worried with our anniversary being on a Monday, that we wouldn't find anywhere fabulous to dine! All of our local favorite yummy spots are closed Monday's. Hospitality folks do need a day off, so I can't blame them for choosing Monday's. Monday is the lamest day of the week after all.  After a good ole' google search, we discovered dina's restaurant in Ellicottville, NY! Then I kid you not, I hop on Instagram and a friend of mine was dinning there! I asked her for the scoop on dina's restaurant & she wrote me back with nothing but raves! She loved dina's restaurant. So we took all of this as a sign from the universe that we were just meant to make the 30 minute adventure to Ellicottville, NY for a delicious anniversary dinner at dina's!  About dina's restaurant Experience the comforting atmosphere and the unique menu offered at Dina’s Restaurant. Located in the heart of the bustling resort village of Ellicottville, NY, Dina’s prepares satisfying, healthy foods that appeal to a health-conscious clientele. Dina’s selections are made to order from local, fresh ingredients whenever possible. dina's takes pride in what they serve - including their selection of homemade cakes, cookies, pies and other sweet endings. No reservations taken – dina's wants you to be spontaneous!  What Did We Eat? Hubby started with a ceaser salad and had the ribs for his main course. My daughter had the pepperoni pizza. Yes, our 5 year old daughter came with us on our anniversary dinner. It is what it is sometimes ;-) & I started with the asparagus soup and had the strip steak for my entree. The strip steak came with asparagus, so that's how I made my dinner selection lol. I'm addicted to asparagus!!!  Every table also starts out with bread and an olive oil dip. I was a huge fan of how dina's restaurant added balsamic to the olive oil to give the mixture a even yummier taste! Definitely doing this at home!  Our Thoughts? INCREDIBLE!! Every last dish was beyond delicious. My steak was so tender, I also had asparagus soup for the very first time ever and left dina's restaurant with plans of concocting my very own version. I also found out that adding balsamic to olive oil makes the best bread dip EVER!!!! The restaurant is also fabulously decorated, so all you Instagramers will have a hoot shooting away. I seriously can't thank the universe enough for bringing us to dina's. Best Monday EVER!!!! Definitely on my top Western New York dinning spots list! Looks like such a wonderful place! I love a good glass on wine. Btw, love the yellow floral romper you're wearing. It's gorgeous!
