This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Carando®. All opinions are entirely my own. Ahhhhh fall!!!! The time of year when my family gets back in gear and my once open schedule is now flooded with nonstop activities! As busy as the school year might be, I wouldn’t trade all the craziness for anything. The smile on my daughter’s face is priceless! With the school year now in full swing, I thought I would share one of my favorite, easy peasy, weekday meals, Buffalo Meatball Sliders! They happen to be one of our family favorites when our busy schedules take over, since they take minimal time to prepare and make. There is nothing better than a delicious meal that doesn’t take up valuable time! These sliders are made with Hawaiian rolls (you can use any roll, I just find these to be the softest), meatballs, buffalo sauce mixed with a dry ranch packet, and a slice of provolone cheese. So easy you can even have your kiddos help you in the kitchen! My five year old even helps make these Buffalo Meatball Sliders since you seriously can’t mess these things up! Since meatballs are the focus of this beyond delicious weekday meal, you will want to make sure you purchase quality ones! Our family go-to meatballs? Carando Meatballs! These Italian style meatballs come in Abruzzese & Sicilian. They have no MSG, are gluten-free, have no fillers, are made from premium pork AND you can find them in the fresh meat deli section of your local Giant Eagle! It really doesn’t get any better than that! But, wait, it does get better! Right now you can save $1 on Carando Meatballs by clicking away here ! Love it when I can save on my family favorites! INGREDIENTS 1 Package Carando Meatballs – Abruzzese 12 pk.16oz. 1 Package Hawaiian Rolls 1 Package Provolone Cheese 1 Bottle Buffalo Sauce 1 Dry Ranch Packet Pour Buffalo Sauce Into A Bowl Pour in the dry ranch packet and mix well. Place your Carando Meatballs into your handy dandy crockpot. Then, pour your buffalo/ranch mixture on top. Cook on high for 4 hours or 8 hours on low. This meal is perfect to set up before leaving for work since the longer you cook things in the crockpot, the better! I just love crockpots! When the meatballs are 15-20 minutes away from being fully cooked, place your Hawaiian rolls in the oven so they get warm and toasty. Once the Hawaiian rolls are warm, remove from oven and slice open. I slice them so the rolls are still connected at one end. That way, they aren’t too messy to eat! Slice the provolone cheese into quarters so the cheese fits on the Hawaiian rolls. Place a slice of provolone cheese in the middle of each Hawaiian roll. Slicing the cheese into quarters really works out perfectly! Place a buffalo meatball onto the slice of cheese & just like that, you have a delicious, yet easy peasy, weekday meal. Everyone will rave about these Buffalo Meatball Sliders! Even the picky toddler and the hubby that hates everything!!! It really doesn’t get any easier than this folks! A true crowd pleaser! Have a few leftover buffalo meatballs? Don’t toss them since the meatballs taste just as good the next day. Just store them in a bowl and they are ready for you to devour for lunch the next day! All your co-workers will be drooling with envy over the fact that you have an almost homemade delicious lunch! LET’S CHAT!

buffalo sauce is a little too spicy for me, but I know a lot of people that would love these.
