O my yum!! Who doesn’t love Pulled Pork?!? Definitely a favorite in our household. I’m always trying to come up with new ways to make this crockpot deliciousness. We gave pineapples a try a few weeks ago. Loved it so much that I had to make it again for y’all. So yummy an delicious!!! Absolutely perfect for summer. Enjoy!!!
3lbs Pork Roast (boneless)
1 Bottle Sweet Baby Rays Hawaiian BBQ Sauce
Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns (Walmart)
1 6oz Can Pineapple Juice
Place pork roast into the crockpot. Pour 1 6oz can pineapple juice into the crockpot and cover. Cook on low for 6-8hrs. 4hrs on high.
Once pork is tender. Shred with a fork. Then add bbq sauce. Stir in bbq sauce evenly.
Serve the pulled pork on the Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns with a slice of pineapple on top.

Totally delicious! I can make a big batch of this pulled pork and keep some in stock for later. I love that slice of pineapple in that sandwich! Yummy!

OMG Can I just say, I can’t help but drool over the picture! Who would not love to taste this! I’ll be printing out your recipe so I can try making this out over the weekends.

Your presentation is amazing! We eat pull pork all the time, but really never had sandwiches. We will need to with this recipe!
