I know when I make calendar appointments in my phone or post sticky notes in my office about my next few workouts, it makes it really hard to skip them. Wake Up EarlierIt’s easy to say you can’t work out because there’s no time due to the kids being home and you’re too tired at night!However, if you would just set your alarm an hour earlier and crush that work out in the A.M, not only will you keep your gains, but you’ll start your day feeling on top! Track Your Progress Through Pictures Not The Scale!Hold yourself accountable! Oh my goodness, I love this list so much! YES -- pictures not the scale. I used to weigh myself every day, but I don't do that anymore because I felt like it wasn't really encouraging me, but frustrating me. I love that you included waking up earlier too -- that's the only way I can ever get my exercise in with the kids home :)

I love anything with a twist of lime on a hot summer day. I didn’t know they made these. Such a great choice for bikini season.

These are great tips. I have to schedule my workouts early and refuse to skip. Otherwise, I end up in a cycle of skipping.

I find summer fitness so much easier than winter, but mostly because it's go running and then choose a outdoor patio to relax in afterwards! I have never tried this beer but it sounds right up my alley!
