Let me just start out by saying these Merry Merlot bottles were a wayyyyy bigger hit than I ever imagined them to be! I figured everyone would think "Awwww adorable" because they totally are! Who wouldn't love customized booze?!?! Killer blog post & gift all in one was the goal ;-) So when these fabulous Merry Merlot bottles ended up being the talk of the weekend.... Omg!!! Who knew such a simple INEXPENSIVE idea would totally score us the Christmas gift gold medal ! Once again proving the thought going into gifts ends up being the true winner over the cost. So let me back things up a bit. We took a little weekend getaway to visit my family in San Antonio last week. My dads whole family lives down there so we couldn't go empty handed since everyone always goes gift crazy when it comes to Haylie. We live in a wine region in Western New York so hubby suggested buying a bunch of wine & stopping at the Dollar Tree for some gift bags & calling it a day. Then it hit me! We could totally customize the wine bottles! I was one of the lucky bloggers chosen to be a My Printly Mom (HP) afew months back & when I was picked they sent me the most amazing Envy printer ever! Then a week after that they had me do a sponsored post for the Social Media Snapshots paper. I just happened to have a box of the paper left & since it's sticky on the back I figured it would make the best wine labels ever! Swear only I would think booze when I see sticky paper! So hubby & I went on an adventure to the liquor store, picked up afew Johnson Estate wines, bought the cutest wine gift bags at my favorite store ever, The Dollar Tree & I crafted up a wine labels on photoshop. Cutest gift like EVER!!!! I am not a photoshop pro at all, I actually just got the program back in October so I'm still a total photoshop newbie, so I sorta impressed myself with these. I think they came out beyond adorable for my first real photoshop project ;-) and since I just love y'all to death I figured I would turn my labels into a free printable since they were such a hit with my family. So if you are in need of a simple gift that will have people talking, you're welcome. Just download the files below. Just remember to put your printer in photo mode so the photos come out label size (4x6) and not 8x10 paper size ;-) Enjoy ❤️ ![]()

I think this makes a perfect gift! Actually, my husband and I are planning on trying our hand at making our own wine, and have been thinking about wine labels. These will be perfect as hostess gifts this year, and hopefully putting on our own bottles of wine next year!
