I wonder if it would look weird/gross to add some green food coloring to the dough? I love "themed" foods for holidays. Are those regular baking cups?

That looks really good and it's a unique way to serve it too. I put green beans instead of corn in mine but I bet the corn would taste great too.

Using muffin cups is a great idea to make individual portions. I haven't had shepherd's pie in a long time.

This looks so delicious and I will have to try making it this way. I make my Shepard pie with seasoned hamburger on bottom than cream corn followed by mashed potatoes on the top. Heat it all up in the oven and you are done. This way with the muffins sound so good though. Thanks for sharing.

We use silicone baking products a lot in our house. I have never tried shephards pie it looks really good.
