Well, at least almost ;-) I don't know what it is with the leaves starting to change and the temperatures dropping, but my sweet tooth comes out in full swing once I slip on my Hunter Boots & flannel for the first time of the season! Unfortunately for my waistline, but yay for your cravings, my sweet tooth doesn't seem to shut off until January 1st! So with that being said, let the blog post full of sweets commence! My first delicious post of the sweet tooth season is my famous Peanut Butter Fudge. If you’ve never made homemade Peanut Butter fudge before, you’re in for a real treat! Not only is it 1,000,000 times tastier than anything you purchase at the market, it's also a blast to make and SUPER friggin’ easy. Even my 5 year old daughter can help make the Peanut Butter Fudge because you cannot mess it up! It's fool proof! My secret ingredient in my Peanut Butter Fudge? Crisco® Unrefined Coconut Oil! Crisco Coconut Oil is a great organic substitute for butter, margarine, or other oils. That's right, you can make your beloved Peanut Butter Fudge and have less guilt devouring it knowing your Peanut Butter Fudge is filled with Coconut Oil Awesomeness! Crisco Organic Coconut Oil comes in both refined (no coconut aroma or taste) and unrefined (a slight coconut aroma and taste). So you can add Crisco Coconut Oil to your recipes without the taste or smell of coconut if you're not a coconut fan! Since I love Coconut, I went with Unrefined in this Peanut Butter Fudge recipe to add a little bit more flavor. Are you a Target addict like myself? Then you're in luck! Next time you're getting your Target fix, head on over the the baking section and grab yourself a jar of Crisco Unrefined Coconut Oil! Target just happens to have a Cartwheel offer going on right now! 25% off! Crisco® Facebook Crisco® Pinterest Ingredients
Add two cups peanut butter into a large bowl. Add 1/4 cup of honey. Scoop 1/4 cup Crisco Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil into a measuring cup. Then add that 1/4 cup Crisco Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil into the large bowl. Pour mixture into a stovetop pan and bring mixture to a boil. Remove from pan once mixture is smooth, creamy and mixed well. Take a baking pan and line it with parchment paper. Makes removing fudge from pan later easy peasy! Pour your mixture into the pan. Top with nuts and then refrigerate for several hours or until firm. I usually make the fudge at night, so when I wake up in the morning the Peanut Butter Fudge will be nice, firm and ready to eat throughout the day. Once the Peanut Butter Fudge is firm. Remove from pan. See how handy that parchment paper is ;-) Slice the Peanut Butter Fudge into squares of peanut butter heaven! Nutty. Dense. Sweet. Wholesome. Creamy. Rich. Sink-your-teeth-in delicious! You may now serve the Peanut Butter Fudge & enjoy! Let's Chat! What are some of your favorite fall treats?

That fudge looks so good and with only a few ingredients. I would love to make it for my kids who only like vegan or vegetarian foods.

It's a tasty dessert and what I love about it is that you can have one or two and you already feel full because of the peanut butter! It's really awesome and easy!

I never knew you could make fudge using coconut oil, that's such a great alternative to other oils. I love any chance to sub oil for coconut oil.

I had been really looking for a recipe similar to this, like instead of peanut, I looked for a choco flavor, I haven't found it before. Now, with this, I bet, I could make a turn around and have my desired flavor, maybe after I make this peanut butter fudge. :)

Ohhhh this looks amazing! I didn't know that Crisco made Coconut Oil. I use coconut oil for cooking and skincare, so we go through a lot in this household. I am definitely taking advantage of the savings.
