Everyone loves a delicious donut!!!! I’m not really a dessert type of girl, but a yummy donut is one thing I cannot resist!!!! 

​When I spotted the new Halloween Funfetti on the shelves this year I just had to make my famous air fryer donuts and Frost them with the most festive Funfetti yet!!!

Now that it’s officially fall, it’s time to swap out those Crown Royal Peach Jello shots for my latest creation, Crown Royal Apple Jello Shots!!!!!

These delicious boozy treats are made with Sonic Apple Jello, Apple Rings which can be found at Kwik Fill! And of Course, Crown Royal Apple!

Enjoy!

1. Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. 
2. Once boiling, pour in the jello and mix well.
3. Mix in 1 1/2 cups of Crown Royal Apple.
4. Pour mixture into the condiment cups.
5. Place cups in the refrigerator to harden.

Literally one of my favorite foods!!! Buffalo Wing Dip!!!! Probably the one positive since moving to western New York, was stumbling upon this deliciousness!

When I purchased my Instant Pot last year, you best believe I had to figure out how to make myself my beloved Buffalo wing dip!

1. Add chicken and broth to the Instant Pot. Place lid on Instant Pot, press the pressure cook button and set to high.
2. Cool for 12 minutes.
3. Do a quick release of the pressure. 
4. Drain any leftover broth.
5. Shred the chicken. The chicken should shred effortlessly using a fork.
6. Turn Instant Pot to saute mode.
7. Stir in the shredded cheese, cream cheese & Buffalo sauce. 
8. Saute for 4-5 minutes until mixture thickens, stirring often.
9. Transfer to a serving dish.
10. Serve with tortilla chips and veggies.

We are o so very close to the spookiest day of the year!!! Halloween!! To get my family in the Halloween spirit, my daughter and I decided to spend this rainy day chef’ing up homemade Halloween mummy brownies! Nothing more yummy than a brownie made from scratch!!!

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bow, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, packing powder, melted butter, eggs & vanilla.
3. Pour into a square baking pan. If not using silicone (in photo) make sure your pan is greased well.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until you can poke a toothpick into the center of the brownie and it comes out dry.
5. Remove from oven and cool for several minutes.
6. Once cool, cut the brownie into circles with a cookie cutter. 
7. Use the white icing to create a mummy
8. Place two candy eyes on the mummy brownie.

Happy Saturday!!!!! Thought I would kick this September Saturday off right with a delicious 2 ingredient apple cobbler recipe! One can of cinnamon rolls and a can of apples is all you need to recreate this deliciousness in your kitchen!

So yum!! So easy to make! Literally zero excuses not to chef you this deliciousness next time you have an apple craving.

Enjoy!

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Chop up the cinnamon rolls into fours.
3. In a non stick pan, if not non-stick, grease with cooking spray. Place the chopped cinnamon rolls.
4. Add the apple pie filling to the pan.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and smother with the frosting that was included with the cinnamon rolls.

Next up on the all things apple tour, a good ole apple cider martini!!! I don’t know what it is about a martini glass, but it makes you feel a tad bit fancy! Great way to glam up a fall evening since apple cider is literally EVERYWHERE!!!

1. Pour 2 shots of Grey Goose into a martini glass.
2. Top off with apple cider.
3. Place a cinnamon stick into the glass. Use it as a stir stick and it also gives the martini added flavor!
4. Add a apple slice for garnish.

Ahhhh kids are back in school!!! FINALLY!!!!! My daughter is the pickiest eater of all times. Like crazy picky… eats like 5 foods lol… so we end up packing her a lunch since the school lunches are too unique for her taste buds!!!!

Did someone say sparkling?!?! Ahhhhh I swear I can never get enough bubbly! My all time favorite and drink of choice!!!! 

I spotted on IG, people mixing coconut rum with bubbly and though why not mix things up and go the watermelon route!!! 

So glad I gave this a try because it’s definitely one tasty cocktail!

1. Fill a glass 1/3 of the way with sparkling wine.
2. Fill the glass 1/3 of the way with Malibu Watermelon Rum.
3. Fill the glass 1/3 of the way with Watermelon juice.
4. Top with fresh watermelon & mint.

Glamping!!! The only way I like to camp. All of the fun of a campground minus the uncomfortable tent part! 

Since my daughter has been all about the glamping life lately, I thought it would be fun to share one of our favorite scavenger hunt games for all of you to print!!!

Any peach fans out there?!? I honestly wasn’t a huge peach fan when I was younger. Peaches were just blah to me. Fast forward a million years and now I’m all about those peaches!!!! Crazy what happens when our adult taste buds kick in! 

Since I’ve been all about those peaches lately, I just had to whip up a batch of air fryer peach hand pies the other day! They literally taste like fancy pop tarts!!! So yum if poptarts are your thing.

Ingredients 

• Pre-Made Pie Crusts
• 15oz Can Peach Pie Filling
• 1 Egg
• Icing 
• Round Press/Sealer (cookie cutter works as well) 

​Serve & enjoy. 

This past Friday we were invited to check out the latest touring event to hit Buffalo. Beyond Van Gogh the Immersive Experience. I was stoked to get the invite since I’ve always been so intrigued by the art of Van Gogh! Had the privilege to see his work in real life many years ago at a touring exhibit in Tokyo! Right place at the right time sort of thing! Couldn’t wait to see how the engineers & artists managed to bring his works of art to life!!!

• We attended opening night….. it was crazy busy! So I would advise to purchase tickets in advance just in case this is actually the norm most evenings! 

• Definitely worth the drive if you’re in Chautauqua Co! So so cool!!!!! So happy we are getting, cool, trendy things a short drive away!!!! 

• They recommend taking an hour to explore the whole exhibit. I would suggest adding a little bit more time. Unless it was an opening night, media thing, it was BUSY lol….. 

• yes, children were there, BUT unless your kids like art, I would keep this a date night or friends thing. If Haylie was here, she would have liked the first 5 minutes and that’s probably it lol…. Just being honest.

• Masks are mandatory…. They suck for photos, I know!!! But that’s life right now…. So bring one to enter.

• Speaking of photos, if you’re planning on taking that killer new profile picture, wear white so you pop against all of the colorful art!

• Duff’s & Sto Lat are next door…. Both have great themed drinks! We checked out both and I approve of both 👍🏼 Duffs $24 a bottle of wine.. Sto Lat, amazing atmosphere! But $50 for the same bottle. 

It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten crea I’ve with my bottle of Crown Royal Peach! Since y’all went crazy for my Crown Royal Peach Jello Shots. 4 million views and still climbing!!! I figured it was time to make a shooter version.

Just as fruity!!! Just as yummy! Perfect for all of us girly drink fans! 

Ingredients 

• Crown Royal Peach
• Simply Peach
• Peach Rings

1. Fill a shot glass half way with Crown Royal Peach.
2. Top with Simply Peach.
3. Place a paper straw in the shot glass with a peach ring for garnish.

Coconut rum is my all time favorite liquor!! So fruity!!! So yum!!! 

Jell-o Shots are a favorite of mine so of course I had to play master mixologist with a bottle of coconut rum.

1 Box Pineapple jell-o. Half a cup of coconut rum. Half a cup of water and some delicious cherries will make you some of the most fruity Jell-O shots you have ever had.
