Movie Night Planner8/3/2021  Ahhhh a good ole movie night!!! A fall, winter and rainy day favorite of my families!!!! We literally had about a week or two of rain straight this summer, so movies with the kiddo at home were all that were on my mind!! Have to keep the kiddo entertained somehow while stuck indoors! Copycat KFC Coleslaw8/3/2021  Any coleslaw lovers out there?!? Literally one of my hubby’s favorite side dishes! KFC & Chick-Fil-a coleslaw are his favorites! Since I already made a Copycat Chick-Fil-a Coleslaw recipe, I figured it was time to whip up a Copycat KFC Coleslaw recipe!  Ingredients • 8 Cups Shredded Slaw Mix/Cabbage • 1 Small Onion (Diced) • 1/3 Cup Sugar • 1/4 Cup Buttermilk • 1/4 Cup Milk • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise • 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar • 1 Lemon •1 Tsp Salt • 1 Tsp Pepper

Air Fryer Frosted Lemon Hand Pies7/30/2021  I don’t know what it is with lemon and summer, but once that summer weather hits, I crave all things lemon!!! So yum!! So delicious!!!  Next up on my all things lemon are delicious air fryer lemon hand pies!!! Literally so easy to make! Just grab a pre made pie crust at the grocery store. A can of lemon pie filling. Add a little frosting if you want to be fancy and toss in the air fryer!!!  Ingredients • Pre-Made Pie Crusts • 15oz Can Lemon Pie Filling • 1 Egg • Icing • Round Press/Sealer (cookie cutter works as well)

Lemonade Mimosas7/30/2021  Ahhhhhhh the middle of summer!!!! Nothing sounds better in this heat than ice cold lemonade!!! Now add a little bubbly and vodka to the mix and omg!! Can we say yum?!? 1/3 lemonade vodka, bubbly & lemonade is all it takes to have the most delicious cocktail of summer!!! Cheers!!! Deviled Egg Salad7/21/2021  Any deviled egg fans out there?!? I’m assuming if you clicked on over that’s a giant YES! Lol…. While I’m not a huge fan, my hubby could literally eat them daily! So every summer when I’m asking for bbq sides, he always suggest a giant Deviled Egg Salad with extra dill pickles! Always a hit no matter where we bring it.  Ingredients • 16 oz box elbow macaroni (cooked) • 1 cup mayonnaise • 1/2 cup ranch dressing • ⅓ cup mustard • 1 Tbs Garlic Power • 10 hard boiled eggs, chopped • 4 dill pickles, chopped • Salt and pepper to taste

Shark Jello Shots7/21/2021  Shark Jell-O shot anyone?!?! Such a fun treat for a pool or beach party! Or even a shark week party!!!! You can even make non-boozy shark JellO shots for the kiddos so they aren’t left out of all the shark Jello shot fun!!! Cheers!!!  Ingredients • 1 Box Sonic Ocean Water Jello • 1 1/2 Cups Water • 1 1/2 Cups Blue Raspberry Vodka • Gummy Sharks • Condiment Cups

 Who doesn’t love bacon?!? Bacon makes everything a million times better! Add bacon to a bag of tortellini! Toss in some tomatoes and cheddar cheese! Squeeze in some ranch dressing and bam!!! DIY Patriotic Rolling Pins6/27/2021  Patriotic decor is always so cute and festive!!!! I really do wish we had more opportunities to red, white & blue things up! Such a pretty color scheme if you ask me!!!  These rolling pins are the perfect addition to your patriotic decorating! So easy to make & is at pretty cool when people ask you where you purchased something and you can say it’s a one of a kind since it was made by you?!  Supplies • Mini Wood Rolling Pins (Hobby Lobby) • Scrapbook Paper (Hobby Lobby) • Mod Podge (Dollar Tree) Tools • Pen • Scissors • Foam Paint Brush  Step 1: Measure how much paper is needed to cover the rolling pin. These rolling pins were 4” long and also needed 4” of paper to cover all the way around, including a 1/4” overlap. Step 2: Flip the scrapbook paper over and draw out your measurements. Mine was a simple 4”x4” square. Then cut your scrapbook paper along your drawn lines. Step 3: Use a sponge brush to add a light layer of Mod Podge to the back of the paper. Line up the scrapbook paper with the edges of the rolling pin and slowly roll the paper around the rolling pin until covered. The Mod Podge will adhere to the wood quickly. Where the ends of the scrapbook paper overlap, add additional Mod Podge on top to seal the paper ends together.  Enjoy!!!  The Recommended Posts widget will appear here on the published site.

Rainbow Jello Shots6/20/2021  I just got back from Disney and omg!!! Rainbow drinks galore! Every last restaurant had their very own rainbow creation!!! So fun that when I got home I had to join in on all the rainbow fun!!!!  Ingredients • 3oz Box Blue Raspberry Jello • 1 Cup Water • 1 Cup Blue Raspberry Vodka • Rainbow Candy • Condiment Cups (Dollar Tree, Walmart)

Patriotic Lemonade Shooters6/19/2021  2 1/2 weeks until July 4th!!! Time to start planning those menus folks!! Nothing better than eating bomb food and the most delicious cocktails on the 4th of July!!!! Add these Patriotic Lemonade Shooters to your menu and your guest will be sure to brag about your hostess skills for years to come!  Ingredients • Calypso Lemonade • Red Whites & Berry Vodka • Blueberries • Patriotic Sprinkles • Corn Syrup or Honey  1. Take a shot glass and dip the rim in either corn syrup or honey. Then dip in the sprinkles. The corn syrup/honey will act as a glue. 2. Fill half the shot glass with vodka. 3. Top off with lemonade. 4.Garnish with blueberries & patriotic decor.  Cheers! DIY Dollar Tree July 4th Decor6/19/2021  July 4th is just around the corner!!! Crazy how fast this year is flying by!! We all know I love to be as festive as possible for anything themed, our nations birthday is no exception!!!!!  Our local Dollar Tree has grown their craft section over the past year! I’ve definitely been a huge fan!!!!! So obviously I had to get craft for July 4th!!!  Supplies • Fourth of July Paper Plate • Wood Frame • Wood House • Wood Block • White Chalk Paint • Jute String • Mod Podge • (Optional) 4 Wood Cubes (Dollar Tree) (if you need the frame to stand on it’s own) Tools • Foam Paint Brush • Scissors • Hot Glue  Step 1 Use a foam paint brush to paint the wood pieces with white chalk paint. Step 2 Cut designs out of the paper plate to fit the wood blocks. The center of the square plate fits perfectly inside the wood frame. Step 3 Gauge where to place the designs from the paper plate on the wood. Add Mod Podge to the back of each design with a foam brush and place on to wood. The Mod Podge acts as glue and will adhere quickly. Step 4: Wrap the Jute string three times around the bottom of the wood house and around the side of the wood block. Adhere the ends of the Jute string with hot glue. Cut approximately a 2 inch piece of Jute string and shape it into an oval. Glue this Jute oval to the bottom of the wood block (opposite side of where you previously wrapped the Jute.string). This will make the wood block sit level. Step 5 Make bows from the Jute String. To make these bows, wrap the string around your fingers 3 times leaving a long tail before you start wrapping and after. Cut the end of the string from the spool. Slide the string off your fingers and pinch the circle of string in the middle. Take one end of the string and wrap it 1-2 times around the middle and adhere with hot glue. Cut tails to desired length. Glue bows to the wood pieces using hot glue. Use a dab of glue to hold the tails of the bow in place around the wood frame. OPTIONAL Step 6: Make a stand for the wood frame if needed to stand on it’s own vs. leaning against other decor props. Glue 2 sets of 2 wood cubes together to create legs. Glue each leg to the back of the frame approximately 1 inch above the bottom and inset approximately 1 inch from the side.  Happy July 4th!!! B.L.T Mac Salad6/5/2021  Since summer is literally weeks away!! WooHoo for fabulous weather and all of those delicious bbqs!!! I figured it was time to share another beyond delicious bbq side dish, B.L.T Mac Salad!!  Bacon is a favorite of mine, so everything tastes better with bacon, especially Mac salad. Always a hit at every summer bbq!!!  Ingredients • 2-1/2 cups penne pasta (boiled) • 3 cups torn romaine lettuce •!9 oz cherry tomatoes • 5 bacon strips cooked and crumbled • 1/2 cup ranch dressing • 1/2 cup mayonnaise • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard • 1 red onion chopped • Salt & pepper to taste

 Nothing better than getting together with the girls for a little wine tasting! Now that the world is starting to go back to normal and pretty soon get togethers wil be in full swing again!
