Where are all of my pumpkin spice lovers?!?! Now that it’s officially fall, I can spam y’all with all things pumpkin right!!!!??? I’m sure y’all have spotted the viral apple cinnamon roll cups by now. I even have my own version! But have you spotted pumpkin cinnamon roll cups?!? I used pumpkin cinnamon roll. Yes. That’s right, Philsbury AND Aldi both sell them. Then filled them with a pumpkin pie filling. Perfect for all the pumpkin spiced obsessed peeps out there. Ingredients • 1 Can Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls • 15oz Can Pumpkin Pie Filling • Cooking Spray • 1/4 Cup Milk • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Spice • Icing Pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Take a cinnamon roll and flatten it as much as you can. Then stick it into a muffin pan shaping into a cup. Bake for 8 minutes. While baking, mix the pumpkin filling, milk & pumpkin spice together. Remove from oven. If any of your cups have lost their cup shape, use a shot glass to fix your cups. Add pumpkin filling into each cup. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven and ice. Serve while warm & enjoy!
