Ahhhhh carrots!!!! I hated them as a kiddo!! And even as an adult, while I’ve grown to love veggies, carrots are only yummy to me if they are drowned in butter! Every Easter my family begs for carrots to go with our lamb, so of course I serve the only carrots I care to feast on.
Roasted Butter Garlic Carrots!!!!
Smothered in delicious butter and garlic so even a carrot hater can enjoy since who doesn’t love butter and garlic??!!! Yummmmm!!!!
• 16oz Baby Carrots
• 1 Tablespoon Garlic
• 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
• Parsley (for garnish)
Place baby carrots in baking dish. In a small bowl add melted butter.
Sprinkle in the garlic.
Add salt & pepper. Mix well.
Pour butter mixture over carrots. Mix to coat evenly. Roast at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir and then roast for another 15 minutes.
Remove from oven. Garnish with parsley & enjoy!
