Another Sunday has come & gone meaning we had another fabulous family Sunday brunch!
Hubby & I decided awhile back that Sunday brunch would be the family tradition of the week to pass to our daughter. I grew up with Sunday dinners & hubby had a weekly pizza night. Dinner time on the weekends can be so chaotic for us since we usually cram so much into the weekend since that's when hubby isn't working, but Sunday morning/afternoons are the one time we are guaranteed 100% distraction free family time, so brunch it is for us!
This week I decided to make strawberry mimosas to go along with our feast. I originally found a version of this on Pinterest, but modified it by adding honey to sweeten the mimosas & make them taste more like, well mimosas ;-)
Hope you enjoy :):)

This looks really good - I would never have thought to blend fruit to go into a mimosa. I've always just made mine with orange juice!

Ooh - I'm not a huge champagne drinker but a Mimosa is something I can do. I have a strawberry lemonade which could easily be converted to this with replacing champagne for water. Yummy.
