I know I know! Two recipes in a row?!?! Honestly I should have posted my awesome review on the Clara’s Tea event we just attended since we had the best time EVER, but I have scatter brain today! I literally cannot focus on anything for more than 5 seconds! I think all of this holiday madness and realizing Christmas is less than a week away is getting to me. So much to do!!! So little time!!! So my brain says procrastinate and do nothing! Ughhhh.... lol.
I couldn’t let y’all go without some bomb content, so I hit up my drafts folder and found this delicious gem. A family favorite that’s for sure! My daughter and hubby are taco haters. Crazy, I know! But it is what it is. They do however love all things pizza including Stromboli’s, so I started chef’ing up the most pizza-ish thing I can turn a taco into, my now famous Taco Rollup!!! Perfect for taco Tuesday!!! Game days!!!! Pot lucks, you name it!!!! Enjoy!
• 1lb Browned Taco Seasoned Ground Beef
• Cheddar Cheese String Cheese
• Pizza Dough
• Sour Cream
Roll out the pizza dough onto a nonstick baking pan. Cut the pizza dough into four squared sections. Place a piece of cheese in the center of each square.
Sprinkle with browned, taco seasoned ground beef.
Roll up the taco rollups and cook in a 300 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Dunk in sour cream & salsa & enjoy!
