I haven't tried one of these bands (yet) but I like how thin this one is. I am not much of a bracelet/watch wearing person because things on my wrist typically bother me, but this seems like it would be OK! My husband would really like this. He uses the app on his phone to track him throughout the day. I have a pebble watch that does fitness tracking and notifications from your phone. I really like it, but I love the sleekness of the jawbone. I had a fitbit, but the plastic cracked on one of the straps and broke. Technology is amazing! This is the perfect way to keep track of all of those details that are such a pain to write down (when you remember to). It makes being active and getting healthy so much easier!

I also tried on a fitness tracker and I like that it keeps you conscious of your activity and your fitness level. The Jawbone is a really sleek and functional tracker.

WOW These devices are absolutely fascinating! It is such a good way for people with say any sort of disability such as heart problems, etc to be able to track their health. I don't know how I feel abut my phone telling me what to do though: "go for a run in 30min" ahhhhh no go away!
