Regardless of compensation, all thoughts and opinions are my own. #Switch2BODYARMOR Living in Western New York, we only get a few glorious months out of the year where we can spend time outside without being bundled up from head to toe! Since our summers are so short, you best believe we spend every second possible enjoying that fresh air and sunshine!! Since most sunny days end up becoming a park day for my daughter and I, I thought I would tell you what we suggest you bring with you on your next park adventure. I know when I was a new mama, I was clueless on what practical, must bring items I was to toss in the park bag. 1. Sunscreen Little ones have such sensitive skin when it comes to the sun. Don't let your kiddo turn into a lobster and bring that sunscreen! 2. Diapers/Pull-ups & Wipes You never know when your little one will go! Come prepared! If you luck out and your little one stays nice and dry, I'm sure those wipes will still come in handy wiping all the dirt off of them when it comes time to leave. 3. Sand Toys If their is sand, your kid is going to be drawn to it! Don't forget your buckets and shovels at home! 4. Snacks Something quick and easy to snack on! I Opt for cookies and crackers. That way if my daughter makes a new friend at the playground, she has plenty to share. 5. BODYARMOR LYTE For Hydration The biggest problem I have with my child staying hydrated is the simple fact that she isn't a huge fan of water. It's easy to force water on your child at home, but when out in public, it's something I like to avoid. Al those eyeballs on my daughter throwing a tantrum, not exactly my idea of fun! I knew I needed to find a drink that was good for my daughter and that kept her hydrated while playing the day away in the sunshine. I tried giving my daughter all of those fancy flavored waters, but nothing was really doing it for her until I came across BODYARMOR LYTE! BODYARMOR LYTE is heavy on hydration and LYTE on calories. The naturally flavored, naturally sweetened low-calorie sports drink combines electrolytes, coconut water, and vitamins for Superior Hydration. BODYARMOR LYTE contains only 20/calories per serving and is the perfect drink to replenish your body. Plus if you're a basketball fan, Kobe Bryant is a top share holder! Stay hydrated drinking what Kobe drinks ;-) BODYARMOR LYTE has all the same nutrients as BODYARMOR. It is naturally sweetened and has only 20 calories per serving. BODYARMOR water is a premium sport water designed by athletes, for athletes! Don't believe me? BODYARMOR just happens to be the brand of choice for athletes and has assembled an impressive team of young, superstar athletes such as James Harden, Mike Trout, Dustin Johnson, Andrew Luck, Richard Sherman, Dez Bryant, Anthony Rizzo, Buster Posey, Skylar Diggins and several others. You can continently find BODYARMOR LYTE at many grocery retailers! If you live in Western New York like myself, you can go pick up a few bottles up for your kiddo at your local Wegmans or Tops! I haven't heard of Bodyarmor, but I'm eager to try it. I get so dehydrated and have a hard time remembering to drink water. This sounds like a good option!

We always bring a refreshing drink with us so that the kids stay hydrated while playing, especially when it is hot!

I always bring diaper bag since I have toddler and baby in tow. Which means snacks and drinks. I also bring a mini first aid kit in case of injury. They always run and I get nervous they will slip on the sand.

My favorite way to stay hydrated is ice cold water. I also like making some fruit water in the summer to give my water a twist.

I think that I would love these. They have so many more flavors than a regular sports drink, and with far fewer calories. I am going to have to give them a try!

Super smart list! I've seen these drinks and wanted to try them. They would be great for my husband too when he plays golf all day and is out in the sun. Dehydration is no joke, I've had some scary mishaps where I let myself get overly dehydrated and ended up hospitalized
